Ramsey Gemstones is proud to offer Free Shipping on every order within the US.

Every order will be shipped free via FedEx delivery within 5 to 10 business days.   For security purposes a signature is required for every delivery.

If your order is received by 1:00 pm CST on a regular business day (Monday through Friday) it will be processed the same day.  Orders placed on a holiday, weekend, or after 1:00 pm CST will be processed the following business day.

If you will not be available to sign for your order, you can request Ramsey Gemstones to ship your order to an alternate location where someone will be available to sign for your order.  If your shipping and/or billing address is different, your order may be delayed pending verification of your information.

For your protection, Ramsey Gemstones items can only ship to a physical address, no PO Box deliveries.

If you need to make changes or cancel an existing order, please contact Ramsey Gemstones Customer Service department by phone or email as soon as possible.  We will be happy to accommodate your changes or cancellation as best as we can.  Please note that an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been shipped.  If you receive your order and are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item(s) via our return policy.

Ramsey Gemstones has the right to cancel an order that appears fraudulent.  All fraudulent purchases will be reported to the proper authorities.
