| We want you to love your jewelry. If within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. All returned products must be returned in new condition. We will not accept returns of products that have been damaged or altered (sized or otherwise). |

| To return, exchange, or replace your purchase, please follow these simple steps: |
- Please contact customer service via email at support@ramseygemstones.com to obtain a return authorization number. We will also send you a Return Authorization Form in order to complete your return/exchange. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number and a completed Return Authorization Form.
- Pack items in original packaging if possible. Otherwise, pack the item very securely. You must include your Return Authorization Form and a copy of your invoice.
- Returned items must be shipped priority mail through the U.S. Post Office Priority mail, FEDEX, or UPS. You must purchase insurance on your package when returning an item. Please keep your tracking number when returning an item.

| Refunds are issued in 5-10 business days and will be credited in the same manner in which the item was paid for. Restocking fess may apply on certain transactions. |
